However, the following situations are not restricted.

SGI will disclose the purpose of using personal information in advance. However, the following situations are not restricted.

7. The change of use purpose of personal information
When the use purpose of personal information is changed, SGI will not proceed beyond the reasonable identification scope that is relevant to the use purpose before the change, and will notify the person or disclose the use purpose after the change.
8. The security management of personal information · The supervision on the employees
In order to prevent disclosure, loss and damage of personal information as well as the security management of other personal information, SGI puts forward basic information security policies as well as information security policies and carries out necessary and appropriate supervision on employees. In order to manage the security of personal information, SGI supervise the employees properly.

However, the situations as below do not meet the above requirements for third parties.
1. When SGI entrusts all or part of the personal information according to the extent necessary for the use purpose.
2. Personal information is provided as a result of merger or other reasons, with the succession of the business.
3. When the personal information is shared with a particular person, it is necessary to inform clients about the common personal information by using project, the scope of the common users, the use purpose and the name or title of the person who manages related personal information, or keep it in a state which could be easily known.
In case that SGI shares the personal information with a specific person, or the use purpose changes, or the name of the person who is in charge of management changes, SGI will notify clients or keep it in a state which could be easily known.
11. Related matters on release of personal information
SGI will keep the following items relating to personal information in a state accessible to the clents and will respond immediately upon request.
1. Use purposes for personal information. (Except for those there is no obligation under relevant laws and regulations on the protection of personal information). If you decide not to respond, you will be notified immediately.

12. The disclose of personal information
In case that clients require to disclose personal information, SGI will disclose it immediately. However, there are following situations, SGI may not disclose all or part of such information. If we decide not to disclose, we will notify clients immediately.
1. When it damages lives, bodies, property or other rights of the clients or third parties.
2. When it is significantly likely to hinder the normal operation of our business
3. When it Violates laws and regulations
In addition, except personal information, other information such as access logs will not be disclosed in principle.
13. The revise of personal information
When clients inform that personal information is not true and requires SGI to correct , add or delete it (Hereinafter called "correct etc"), SGI will take special measures based on laws and regulations. Except for the special program stipulated, SGI will conduct an investigation in the necessary scope for the use purpose, and correct the personal information content according to the results of the investigation, and notify clients.
14. Stop using personal information
If clients require to suspend or delete use (Hereinafter called "pause etc"), because the clients reckon the personal information is processed beyond the scope which was announced previously, or obtained by fraud or other improper means. SGI will conduct the necessary investigation immediately, and suspend the use of personal information based on the results, and notify the clients. However, if discontinuance of the use of personal information is likely to result in a lot of cost or may be difficult to discontinue, SGI will adopt an alternative if necessary to protect your rights.
15. Explanation of reasons
Despite our clients’ request,
